This is regarding the new TAN application status bearing transaction number[protected], which happened on 2 feb 2022.
First time when I made payment through the UPI (which was available at the bill desk payment) amount got deducted but no processing was done. Please find the attached payment screenshot for your reference, and kindly help with the refund process.
Despite multiple remainders, I don't have reply from the organisation. Please do the needful
