Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Refund on Pancard application failure

I have applied online pancard on 10/06/2021..due tehnical issues I didn't get any otp on aadhar authentication ..later it showed you cannot proceed your application you will get refund in 6-7 days ..but till todays its already 17 days completeled I didn't get refund amount to me
