Poor service and support by nsdl customer care team.
This is to inform you that and as per the training mail i had write the email to nsdl customer team regarding consideration of printing father name on the pan card as per the attached request letter. When i taken continuously follow-up with nsdl customer team they told me we are considered your request id "661688" and we will get back to you if their any confusion but after many day when i called to nsdl customer team they told me your pan card is already prepared by itd (Income tax department). So here my question is that when i had taken follow-up with your team then why they are provided wrong committee to customer then what is meaning to sent request letter to nsdl support team???
I am telling you really i am unhappy with your support team regarding this application.
Now i want to change my father name on the pan card so what is the way for it without any new application???
