Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — same issue as pran not found in database

When I am trying to generate my I Pin, it is showing that pran not in database however I am continuing my APY since 2015.So I can't log in to my account because i am getting the same error message every time Pran not available in database. Please solve it asasp.
