Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — showing pran is invalid in esalary

Sir my pran no[protected] is showing invalid in esalary account please resolve it as i am getting problem in getting my salary
But when i login through pran & password they show status as active
Kindly do the needful so that i can easily get my salary by linking esalary account with pran
