Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — " sorry, no record found " after I got acknowlgement form number and tried completing registration process

I completed filling my registration on NPS website.After that I payed my 1st time payment successfully.Even if money was cut from my upi, the nps site did not respond but I got sms with PRAN and asking me to complete regsitration on e nps with OTP Authenticate / eSign / View Subscriber Registration Form .While adding the acknowlgement number, it said "sorry, no record found".Please have a look
