Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — status not updating. at least send a update what happens via email

The nsdl answers like they are not aware of what is going on they dont even know where there facilitation centres are located. I request to authorities at least inform the people applying and fast forward the process. Pan is mandatory for us to join job then who will be responsible for us getting fired from the company
