Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Transfer of securities not done

I have sent all documents for transfer of securities from Action Financial DP to new Account. Since November 16, 2021 - the documents have been sent to NSDL, however no transfer has been executed by NSDL. Below are the details:

Action Financial Services (Defunct DP)
DP ID: IN300271; Client ID: 10178319
New Account: Kotak Securities Limited
DP ID: IN300214; Client ID: 26956633

Please expedite the matters as I am in need for funds.
