[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — unable to login

I am a government employee and i have account on tire i - on nsdl central record keeping agency. My user id =[protected] but due to some wrong attempts my password is not working and i have tried resetting my password through forgot password link but i am not getting any otp, therefore my account has been locked. Kindly plz give me a another new password and unlock my account so that i can see my account summery. I will be very thankful to you Regards Harmeet kaur.
