Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Unable to update address on PAN on NSDL official Site

I recently used NSDL's site, https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserAddressUpdate.html to update my address, however even after trying for 2 days I am getting the following error:
Your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime.
When called the customer care, they told me to try after 2-3 hours but that didn't help.
