I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
When i called the customer care, i first spoke with ms. Loretta mendonsa - she was very rude and adamant and did not even listen to the problem and blatantly said that there is no problem at their end and i should fill the application again and pay again. The old payment will be refund in 7 working days.
I asked for supervisor support - this time i spoke with mr. Chinmay bajwala - he took the problem to the next level and sounded like a robot on the phone call.
He also mentioned that i should fill in new application and pay again.
There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care?
This is stupid policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. One cannot expect more out of these losers anyways.
I will prefer to pay extra money to the agent and get this work done rather than wasting my time on nsdl website and customer care to get things done. Was this information helpful? |
