I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm. The payment got deducted and it took me to Your request cannot be processed.Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page'. I am not able to proceed further. I tried the above thing twice for the same user. PAID TWICE.
