[Resolved]  Nsdl Pan Online — Refund of pan card fees

I applied for the pan card somewhere around in april and submitted the fees rs 116 but the procedure was not completed but now when i opted to complete the application form then the system replied that the procedure for the application has changed with effect from july 1, 2017 and you need to apply again. If you have paid the feed then it wil be refunded but i neither got the refund nor any acknowledgement of it. Please help me. The details are attached in the picture.
