I see this message on my online application. I did make the payment. When i clicked the "generate and print", i received an email with acknowledgement number, application pdf, and payment receipt. But i am not sure if my application was already completed or do i have still have to send the documents physically?

Refund of pan card fees

I applied for the pan card somewhere around in april and submitted the fees rs 116 but the procedure was not completed but now when i opted to complete the application form then the system replied that the procedure for the application has changed with effect from july 1, 2017 and you need to apply again. If you have paid the feed then it wil be refunded but i neither got the refund nor any acknowledgement of it. Please help me. The details...

I had applied for the pan card but during the procedure the authentication of Aadhar card failed the system replied that try using the physical procedure and you will get your refund after seven working days . Now its over a month but i never got the refund. The details are attached in the pic.
