[Resolved] NSDL — pfrda registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation and registration pending

I am trying to create PRAN account with NSDL and is not allowing to login with option "Complete Pending Registration".

My Acknowledgement Number is 11542700 and the Acknowledgement Date is 25/04/2018. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway. Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 5 days.

Please help in resolving the issue.

Updated by bharath bojedla Hi, Thank you for the confirmation, but the issue still persists; same error message is appearing while trying to complete the pending registration.

Please also note that there is a grievance created for this on 25.04.2018 which is still with status "Received at CRA"

Please help me in resolving the issue at the earliest.
