Nta Neet — Double payment issue since 7August till now not refund

Sir/Mam,

My Application no[protected]. Rubina Dash.
I have made a fee payment on 07 Aug using BOB net banking on rs-1505.9 transaction success after payment my profile shows not payment. I am waiting for 48 hours. Then show same. I have made again payment on 09Aug using SBI debit card. My payment show on my profile.
Then I have complain my BOB branch to refund the amount. My branch says contact your merchant.
Then I have made a query on my profile till 13 August still status of my query is pending.
I search on NTA helpline number and calling this number. But no response from this side.
Please 🙏 verify & Refund my double payment money. &Also given below my all proof. Check & refund my money 🙏as soon as possible. I am waiting for your reply sir🙏
