My Application no[protected]. Rubina Dash.
I have made a fee payment on 07 Aug using BOB net banking on rs-1505.9 transaction success after payment my profile shows not payment. I am waiting for 48 hours. Then show same. I have made again payment on 09Aug using SBI debit card. My payment show on my profile.
Then I have complain my BOB branch to refund the amount. My branch says contact your merchant....

I (Miss vishwaja vekhande) with application number :[protected] made fees payment via my upi id to neet 2020 (Utr no :[protected] they accepted my payment but did not confirmed on neet 2020 online confirmation payment page as a result my money got deducted from bank account.
Immediately, i made the payment via debit card (Ref no :[protected] and then it got confirmed on neet website,...

I have paid the fee through debit card and i got a message on mobile that amount is deducted and site shows transaction was failed. Amount has deducted twice due to failure in first attempt. Please refund my amount of ₹1400.

I was made to pay nta neet-2020 application fee for two times.
As money was debited/deducted for the first time but there was no reflection of payment completed on nta neet-2020 website thereby confirmation page downloading was not available.
This made me to repeat the payment process once again and at second time it was successful and confirmation page was downloaded.
