Ntech — fraud, cheating

I applied for an online job on quikr. I got a call from a person who told that i'll be given an online job in which i have to work for first 10 days and the registration fees will be deducted from the payout. To do this job i'll be given an id and password which i didn't receive at all and they started counting the days. I complained about this and i said that i wouldn't continue this. So they asked a penalty fee of rs 5000. They also told that they'll be dealing with me legally and now i got an email and phone call from some advocate named vinay gupta and he wants me to pay rs 5000 to the company immediately or else case will be registered against me. This advocate sent me an email about the company's bank details. This completely shows how much of cheating is going on here. I didn't pay it. Now i got an email saying that a case is registered.
