Ntech — asking for a penalty amount

I have registered on quikr for online data entry jobs, and i got a call from ntech which is located in maharashtra, they asked me to send the aadhar card details and address proof details and so on. The work was actually typing captcha, but unfortunately i couldn't complete the work within the decisive period of time. After that a lady called me and asking for a penalty amount of 12500, her name was aadya malik, band she her self introduced that as she was the advocate of the company. Later she threatened me that i had to give 15000, otherwise the would take legal action against me, so what shall i do?
