But not yet received the bill. Can you please forward the same.

I had booked a cab on 11//4/2105 (ref:B[protected]. I was informed by the cab driver that the bill be delivered by e-mail. Pl arrange to send the bill to my e-mail id: [protected]@indianbank.co.in.
