    Booked cab from madurai maatuthavani to latha mathavan college, kidaripatti for today. Booking done via phone yesterday. While booking they told that for single trip charge is rs 350. After confirming the money, i booked cab. But today driver asked us 550rupees. I contacted ntltaxi madurai. They are telling that the person who spoke with me yesterday was a new person to job, so he wrongly told the fare, so i have to pay 550. I paid 550 rupees. But it is totally unfair. Why i have to extra money because a mistake done by person at ur employee. I need refund of money, wht i was charged extra.

      I want to clear explanation about this problem
      I ve travelled many times but nothing have happen in my past experience this time i am very upset with your poor service

      I am a regular customer.i have went for Madurai Teppakulam, the cab booked for me is BL 9325, Cab driver no : [protected], he spoke wrongly with my family members and also drink and drive, i have already complaint to the office, but no action took, if no action taken i will complaint to police only.very unsafe drive, feel very bad to book with NTL.

Every time i am using to book ntl only., but i can't digest last time what you have charged., driver also not good behavior person., so i lost hope with you. Other cab collecting normal about will never exceed 300 rupees., 13 km max from my place to airport.,

          Date of booking & time-03 sep 17 &0230hrs
          I booked a taxi to international airport flight departing 0540hrs. Once i wake up (0215hrs) i realize that taxi not arrived, once again i called they said taxi booked from my number but not engaged with any drivers. I done a new booking again which leads to 45mins late to airport, stress. Luckily i don't miss my flight. The lady representative who took my first call about mid night 12 doesn't engage any driver for pick up. Plz show this msg how careless she done the job.

          I have called for emergency toll no 1033 for providing help since my car stuck up there at around 7.30 p.m. They have just asked the location n car no. (at sehravan villafe) but no help turn up n it was quite dark as no light is available on this route
          NTL company vehicle TN 22 DE 2340 Chevrolet tavera hit my vehicle (baleno ) and ran without even asking a sorry.. my bumper is heavily damaged. Driver name Umapathy .

            This a long standing issue... We having been following up with them and totally fed up..
            Beware Do not use WALLET OF NTL they'll say it's vanished if you are unable to use it for a few months. And this was drivers were denying to take wallet pay as NTL do not pay them the wallet money sooner..

            We loaded rs 500 for a travel in ntl call taxi app...
            NTL Team,
            If you are unable to provide the wallet services properly then I don't know why you are promising the customers for it.

            None of your drivers were ready to take us if we tell we wanna use the wallet. All they say is that they're are getting the amount settled late from NTL if we use wallet and so they demand cash.

            We have travelled multiple times but no use and recently when we tried to use the wallet the amount has disappeared.

            And now we are chasing behind for the missing cash

            Already multiple mails have been sent and followed up regarding this but I don't see a proper response.

            If you were looking for the transaction id you should have asked us by responding to us long back as all other details are provided already.

            I don't see any response or even a simple acknowledgment mail after August after multiple follow ups.

            I would have expected a better response IF was responsible team of NTL.

            We expect you to take quick action and sort our issue.

            Either push the amount back to the wallet or for God sake transfer it back to our account.

            Hope we don't have to wait for a response atleast this time. And we fed up and don't want to waste any more of our time in mails and follow up calls.

            We have ample email proofs to show your totally unworthy customer care responses.

              Sir I have been a regular customer of your Taxi services. As I have retired from service, two years ago, being a Pensioner and a Senior Citizen, of late, I am not using taxi services.

                This is the first time I had booked NTL for my mother to travel till Central station. The driver sounded cunning over the phone when I spoke. However, after guiding him with direction a number of times, he reached home, and picked up my mother. The total cost came to 640 on my mobile after she was dropped. However, this bugger charged my old mom, who is a senior citizen, Rs. 700. Such a fraudulent company. When I called the driver, he tells me that my mom asked him to keep the luggage till the entrance. I guess, he is a cab driver cum Coolie, the way he spoke to me. When I called the helpline number, that lady who is more dumb than him, gives me an explanation justifying the drivers story. The whole company is a fraud...I have booked a number of taxis' before, but this is the worst ever. If there is a responsible person who is reading this complaint from NTL, please ensure that your staff doesnt cheat their customers, at least not the Senior Citizens of our country. Shame on what has happenned today!!!

                  Hello,
                  I traveled from Kotturpuram to Chennai airport on 29.11.16 in NTL taxi.
                  The driver collected e almost Rs 100 extra from me for the travel. I raised a complaint regarding this on 30.11.16. Mr. Wilson (NTL executive) inquired this & confirmed the complaint is correct. Also he promised me that the driver will come & return the extra collected amount in my office location today.
                  But still I didn't receive the the same.
                  Request you take necessary action to get this amount.

                  Hi.. I booked NTL taxi for my father. Driver came with cut banian and he wear shirt in front of my house. in the travelling time he behaved rudely to my father.. he just bothering about return jorney..my fother told me he drunk and came to work..guys dont use NTL call taxi
                  Driver has done a fraud by manipulating starting point to gain more mileage and charge more with customer, when the same is taken up with company's customer care they are least bothered to resolve the complaint rather they support the fraud done by their driver as both are benefited by this.

                    Hi we hired a cab from NTL Call taxi today (14 October 2016) from chennai n travelled to thiruthani.from there we travelled to kanchipuram and from there we returned back to chennai.overall it should come 100 km + 60 km + 80 km = 240 km. As per above details or say 250 km.but the driver did not leave until we payed Rs.3100 (charged for 280 km).even call centre employee supported driver fraud claims. So that is totally cheating.for safety reasons we gave.but concerned authorities please look into this matter.thank you.one free advice dont travel in ntl cabs.

                          There was very worst experience today with i travelled with ntl call taxi in chennai.

                          While booking they have not informed me about waiting charges and only informed about rs/km.

                          Upon reached my destination, taxi driver told to give amount which is considerably high when compared to other call taxis in chennai.

                          I called customer care and explained the incident and cc response is bad and that lady is insisting that i can't move anywhere without giving amount. I was helpless at that moment and finally managed after big struggle.

                          Dear ones, kindly do not prefer ntl taxi and prefer some other taxis. I'm personally telling this out of my own experience.

                            I had booked a cab from Velachery, Chennai to Srikalahasthi, for a round trip on 13th September. My booking Id is A[protected].
                            Due to the bandh that happened in AP on 10th september, (yesterday), I wanted to make sure my booking was still ON. Hence called the customer care.
                            The first person said, there aren't any vehicles sent to AP for the past one week, and TN vehicles are being seized and in any case, the vehicle availability cannot be confirmed before 1 hour of the journey. If I wanted to know for sure that I would get a vehicle, I would have to talk to the Complaints department. He tried to transfer the call to the Complaints. After a minute, he said that everybody in the Complaints department were busy and hence he would call me back, after getting the required information.
                            There was no callback. I called back after few hours. I spoke to a girl. She told me the same story. But, the difference was that she didn't have to talk to the Complaints department this time. It is the outstation department. This girl also promised a callback, after she personally spoke to the outstation department.
                            Again no callback. I called again for the third time. I asked for a supervisor, since I was not sure if the agents knew what they were talking. The lady who answered asked me why and I told her my ongoing issue. She confirmed that my outstation taxi booking issue is being handled and put me on hold. When she came back, she asked me, "SO SHALL I CANCEL YOUR BOOKING?"..
                            I was like.. "WHAT???????" ... When did I ever ask anyone to cancel the cab? I told her NOT TO CANCEL THE CAB and I just wanted to know if the non availability (if any) will be intimated to me earlier. She did not even show any gesture of apology. And just said that I could know it only an hour before the travel.
                            The whole day I waited for callbacks that I didn't receive. After the last call, I get a callback from NTL. This lady first asked me if I had booked a cab tomorrow (12th september). I said no, the 13th, tuesday. Quickly she said, "yeah, that one. We cannot send you the cab. Since there is an ongoing bandh in AP. We have not been sending cabs to AP and we cannot send you one on 13th too".
                            I am baffled. I am thinking, 'may be I got quite irritated in the third call and asked her who gave the idea that I am gonna cancel the booking', I am presuming someone called up telling that they are from the outstation department and cancelled my cab.
                            THE COMPANY LETS A SERVICE REP TAKE REVENGE ON THE CUSTOMER?
                            Assuming that the cab was cancelled for genuine reasons, Doesn't NTL take up the responsibility of calling the customer to inform that the cab wont be available? Do they wait for each caller to call up and ask if their cab will reach them?
                            RIDICULOUS.
                            PATHETIC SERVICE.
                            I AM DONE WITH NTL. NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE EVEN EARLIER.
                            I WILL NOT REFER TO ANYONE.
                            SIMPLE CARELESSNESS/ATROCIOUS BEHAVIOR OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.

                              I installed your app and added Rs 1000/-to the wallet by February 2016.From that day onwards I tried ntl cabs from Tambaram. But cab services not available here. Whenever I come to Chennai city, I tried to book cabs through ntl app. but your drivers always deny duty because I have wallet money. I am struggling for six months. Repeated Complaints to your office on 3000 3000 did not yield any results. I spent nearly Rs 100/- on calls itself. Time and energy also wasted everytime. Mails sent to you are failing permanently. Mental agony is building up day by day. See that cabs are sent to me when I need it. If not kindly refund my wallet money (Rs1000/.)

                                I am a frequent user of ntl taxi. yesterday 25/07/2016. i had travelled to chennai airport from my home at kolathur (near airport) by ntl taxi. i booked the cab for 4.30pm and started from home sharp at 4.30pm. the lcd meter (not the gps meter) started reading more than rs 200/ within 6.0km distance. he didn’t start the gps unit.
                                When reached airport, the driver told me that the gps meter is not working. but, before entering into airport toll gate, the driver himself gave 5* rating in gps unit.
                                The meter reading is rs 489/- when i asked for receipt, he gave me a small printed slip. he told me that bill will come to my mobile after some time and i have not received the bill yet.
                                I paid rs. 489/-.
                                Many times i travelled by ntl around 2.00 a. m in night by ntl the amount was rs 560 only)
                                As per bill, total distance travelled is 20.4km (say 21.0 km)
                                For first 6.0 km = 150 rs
                                Remaining 15.0 km = 240 (15*16 rs for indica)
                                Waiting charges rs 44 (i don’t know, but anyway include this also)
                                Total (150+240+44) = rs 434
                                Driver name: nawaz basha
                                I feel the amount is very high, never came this much amount for me in day time). please verify bill attached

                                  This incident happend in guduvancherry, chennai around 7.00 pm on 18.7.2016 in public view. a women was travelling in an ntl taxi (indigo) towards chengulpet and all of a sudden the women who was seated in the rear seat started shouting about the driver who was seen misbehaving with her. the driver was trying to molest the women and he was seen to be pulling the dupatta of the salwar of the women. a youth travelling in a motor cycle over took the taxi and way laid the vehicle and stopped the taxi. public gathered and started to question the driver. the women traveler opened the door and literally jumped out of the car and was seen crying who was visibly anguished. some one pulled the shirt of the driver and was able to snatch the id card from the neck band of the driver.in the commotion the driver fearing for the wrath of the public anger literally pushed through the crowd and sped away. the id card had a photo of the driver and nothing was written on it. all the relevant columns were blank including the name, dl no, address of the driver, vehicle number etc were blank. kudos to the youth who over took the car and stopped it.

                                  Booking B[protected] BILL amount is 441 but driver told that as per his car meter reading it comes to 470 and that we should not refer to the app. Shocked to get a message of bill 441 later in SMS.

                                  This tells clearly how the driver of ntl cheated us. Driver number [protected]

I have given mail id [protected]@gmail.com and speaking to customer care they informed that the mail has been sent to my id but i havent received the bill.                                     Very problem ntl cal taxi yestarday I booked evening 7.15pm driver speaking with costmer very bad speck this is booking last booking ntl very very bad driver number [protected] car number TN.36.AA.1062 this person informe to my wife sorry iam cancel your booking my wife asked him y but he said in my near Costemer very big payment very long trip after driver him informe my ok wait madam I will.come 2mins my wife waiting 3hours there in road driver number is switched off

                                      I had traveled in ntl taxi from chennai broadway to airport. I asked the driver about the invoice and was unable to get it, since the driver had no bill book.                                         I recharged my wallet for Rs, 1000.00 on 30th Apr 2015. I've Rs.816.00 credit balance on wallet. I booked twice using online booking and I had to call their customer support and talk to them to make the driver accept wallet money. Afterwards, if I book a cab, their drivers are cancelling my bookings if I'm paying through wallet. So, please refund my wallet money to credit card account.
