NTL Call Taxi — Cab driver collecting more fare than billed meter fare

I asked him for the new meter and still I did not get any message, he told me you will receive the message. After that I called the customer complaint number for which they said we will call you surely in 10 minutes, its almost 1 hour now, I did not even receive an message from them. This is fraudulent. We customers believe in you and u simply cheat us for it. I am a corporate seceratary, working for most company bookings with you. I am highly dissatisfied and planning to recommend other cab services for our internal customers.
