NTL Call Taxi — Driver did not disclosed bill amount (Rs.337) but he got Rs. 500 from us

Booking id: B[protected] Cab number: TN 05 AZ 3413 Time: 6.55 PM Source: MEPZ CTS Destination: Pallikaranai (Aarna Party Hall) The driver (Name Mr. Balakrishnan) received Rs. 500 as cab charge and Rs. 20 extra for toll gate charge. But later when we checked NTL message, we found that the cab charge was only Rs. 337 inclusive of waiting charge. So please take necessary disciplinary action and provide us with the refund amount.
