The taxi was booked for 9 PM pick up, we were dropped at our destination when the driver has requested for Rs . 50 Peak hour charges which was not informed at the time of booking. I called your office @ 9.23 PM where your attendant said the information will be passes to the driver on duty and i need not pay the charges. No reply and on my 2nd call @ 9.27 PM, i explained the same to your 2nd call attendant who inturn transferred the call to a senior, i had to explain the situation for the 3rd time . The attendant was Miss.Rekha ( 63421 ) if i can recollect correctly. I was told that i had boarded the taxi @ 8.55 PM, hence the Peak hour charges will be applicable, you operate in such a manner
1) We board late, we pay waiting charges
2) Your taxi is late, you don't even bother to apologise, but give lame excuses
3) We board early, charges are applied without any prior information.
Any of the above ways the client is not served, but you look at earning money. Further even after repeated info given to your call attendant that
a) We are parked at the entrance of a busy place ( Egmore Raliway Station )
b) I'm getting late to board my train
no sense o[censored]rgency was showed, nor any sign of apology for not informing us on the peak hour charge. I had to get off the taxi paying the Rs.192 as demanded by the driver. The call attendant was supposed to get back to me in this regard which has still not happened. 8 minutes of talking on phone and no response, only remains is mental strains and agony caused by your attendants.
Further i see that you apply Peak Hour Charges as well as waiting regardless if the vehicle is static in traffic or waiting for signal, why does both the waiting and Peak Hour charges apply at the same time, can you explain . Was this information helpful? |
