Irregular Service and Response
On Nov 03, 2014 I have booked NTL call taxi and the Booking ID: B[protected]. I got SMS
once I booked with the following details
Cab No: TN05 AR 3345 and
Driver Mobile:[protected].
The driver called me and confirmed the place at 5.55pm. But he
did not turn out the my location till 6.15 pm. I tried to reach him on his
mobile phone but it was switched off. I
waited for 10 minutes and contacted the NLT call center at 6.25 pm and the
execute who attended the call told the cab will come in 5 minutes. No one
called me from NTL side or the driver. I tried to call the NTL call center
again at 6.35 pm. I got the same answer that the cab will come in 5 minutes. No response from the NTL execute or the
driver. Due to this I have missed my important appointment which cost me
heavily. Can anyone suggest me how I can
fight the NTL Taxi which is not responsible and not owning. They wasted my time
and a good opportunity. Please DON’T USE NTL CALL TAXI. They
are wasting the time.
