NTL Call Taxi — No panic button and excess fare collection | |||
I booked a ntl call taxi for my daughter on[protected] to be dropped at chennai airport from near rto thiruvanmiur. Pick up was done at 2.30 pm by the vehicle no.Tn 22 cp 7671. In the airport the driver said the gprs and the meter is not working and collected rs.475/- but on enquiry with company they informed that it will be only rs.250/-. Despite repeated complaints they have not acted nor refunded the money..When my daughter asked for the panic button he said no panic button in ntl call taxi. Hence my caution to all the people not to book this ntl taxi and auto since you may encounter the horror like uber taxi in delhi. Srinivasan Was this information helpful? | |||

HENCE MY CAUTION TO ALL THE PEOPLE NOT TO BOOK THIS NTL TAXI AND AUTO SINCE YOU MAY ENCOUNTER THE HORROR LIKE UBER TAXI IN DELHI.
