I booked a Taxi from Bell Hotels Periamet to International Airport today morning for pickup at 16:00 hrs, and got a booking confirmation ID [protected], cab no TN05AY8005, Driver Mobile no [protected], the driver did called me at 15:30 hrs confirming that he will reach the pickup point by 15:45, at about 16:15 when i called the driver to know his location i got a arrogant reply from the driver that he has picked up some other passengers and i have to call again NTL and then they will arrange another cab for me and start speaking unwantedly. I called the customer care to make a complaint about this poor service which NTL is giving to the customers where they said they will cancel my existing booking and make a new booking, which i refused and said that the cancellation should not be from my side, but even after prompting them the booking has been cancelled stating that i have cancelled it. I request every body to re think before Booking a cab in NTL since you will miss your valuable travelling plans. Was this information helpful? |
