Sir I have been a regular customer of your Taxi services. As I have retired from service, two years ago, being a Pensioner and a Senior Citizen, of late, I am not using taxi services.
In my Wallet account an amount of Rs 920/- is still outstanding and now I request you to kindly refund the amount. Please let me know the details of refunding the amount, to enable me to furnish the details.
An early action is highly appreciated.
