Num Deepali Enterprises — Wrong Delivery record maintained & non receipt of subsidy | |||
I am bonafide subscriber of Indane gas (Numdeepmala Enterprises) from chandigarh. I bought 2 LPG refills in November and December 2013 respectively which were my 8th and 9th deliveries. I did not receive any subsidy for these two deliveries. I went many times to enquire from the Office of Numdeepmala Enterprices, sector 16, Chandigarh but all in vein. The working staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. I called Indian Oil Customer care for complain where, I came to know that I have already received 12 deliveries but as per my consumer card/booklet record I received only 9. I went to Numdeepmala's office and told them the whole thing and asked why is it so. The lady sitting on front desk said, THIS IS INDIA, YOU CAN'i DO ANYTHING, moreover her behaviour was very callous and manner less. I doubt that the deliveries entered in my account are actually sold in black by the dealer. My Indian oil complaint number is 1190111, moreover the call centre executive has mistakenly written in the complaint the I have book these refills but had not received. Actually, I neither booked nor received these three extra deliveries. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
