NurseryLive — Complaint for not receiving a Order

I ordered for some seeds from Nursery live On 09/06/2021 vide
order no.NLV14112485.
The order is still not received till 03/07/2021.Several times I have
communicated through chat / email but no fruitful result.
I have already paid the price of seeds alongwith delevery charge. Now they are not responding for refund also.
As per their conditions they had to process the order within 5/6 days
from the date of order.
However the same not yet processed.
