No refund on the dead plant that was sent

I recently bought three plants fron nursery live website and two plants came fine but the rose plant was dead. When I logged a case with the customer care they havent given me refund for the plant but gave me points for it. This means you will not get the money back but you use the points and then also pay for delivery of the plant. What kind of nonsene thing is this? This is not acceptable. They are selling a normal rose plant and will courier...

Invoice is not generated

I placed an order on NurseryLive of amount ₹ 1, 564 on April 27, 2025. Order No. NLV[protected]
Firstly they delivered it very late which was on May 10, 2025. But there were no invoice provided along with it or they didn't even generate and send over their website/mail or WhatsApp.
I had raised an ticket to followup on the same on May 13, 2025 and the auto response assured response in 24 hours. Today is 15th May, I still haven't...

    NLV1411730146 - Two plants are dead so I need replacement or refund to original sources

      So as per the cancellation policy of nursery live: if someone requests cancel within 24hours of placing order then the order can be cancelled.
      2 days ago I ordered some plants but due to misleading delivery charge, late dispatch and my non availability I requested for cancellation within 3-4 hours. Since then they are sending mail that my request will be conveyed soon etc etc but no response yet.
      Even there is no transparent customer care no in which I can contact.
      This is very inappropriate. Kindly look into this.

        I had placed order NLV[protected] on 3rd July and the order has not yet been shipped. And on asking for cancellation and refund they just refuse saying the order has been processed but still no update reflected in tracking status

          Cancelled within 24 hrs
          But no one is bothering to respond or mail.
          It seems there are big thief sitting there and tamkng money in the name of start up or whatever.
          Severe action should be taken against company and its founders, as there could be many such victims.
          Also, Simp app should be punished who assist in collecting payment.

              Order no NVL[protected] of two plants fig and bottle brush not delivered. An email was sent saying the product was delivered. I raised a ticket with chat bot with the company. Ticket no. 187958 on 9th July. The amount charged was 767/-

                Isse: No update on order status, and no customer support provided even after raising ticket on the website 2 times.

                Shipping Policy states shipping will take place within 5-7 days. But my order has been "In Process" and not even been dispatched since 10 days.
                There customer support is non-existence.
                I raised tickets twice and got no response but they closed the ticket from their end.
                I tried to reach out to them on their social handles and still got no response.

                  Even though I have submitted a complaint against Nurserylive in the consumer complaint forum my issue was not yet resolved. After the submitting the complaint with in 5 hours I got a call form the Nurserylive before explaining my problem they have ended up the call when I try to call back them they did not answer my call or even I did not receive any call back from them I don't know what's happening are they trying to cheat the customers for the money they wont even respond to the mails and the customer support executives is the useless.

                    I have placed an order in Nurserylive on 25th may and the order was placed by mistake and the payment was gone through simpl pay as soon as the order placed I have requested for the cancellation and the ticket was raised on the same and immediately I have received a call for an unknown number saying that they are calling for Nurserylive and they asked us to send my order id and they also send me that the order will be cancelled as said the refund was initiated to the simpl pay and the date was given as June 1st but I haven't received any refund payment and the order status when I checked was not even shipped and I am not getting good support form the Nurserylive customer support which was very big defect for nurserylive and order was not even diapatched and i was confussed where the refund amount gone i have pay paid for simpl pay even refund was initiated to them as i am receiving the message from simpl pay regarding the due date for the payment and fill will imposed it i cross the due date . My order id is NLV[protected]. I am not getting any information form both nurserylive and simpl pay. My money was gone and i did not even get the order delivered it been more then 10 days the order was placed i was cheated by both the apps i want my money refunded

                      Order received on 30 April 2023 and cancelled it on same date, but still there is no response from nursery live merchant. Simple pay company is torturing me for payment. There is even contact no. to contact nursery live to whom I can contact. Please look into the matter.

                          With respect to my order no. # NLV[protected], placed on 19th April, there is no update at all regarding my order and the items are not yet dispatched. I have raised 2 tickets on there website but no one called back and the issue is not resolved even after 3 days!! I have already paid for the order and either they should deliver my items or should refund me.

                                  I got in touch with NurseryLive based on their email promotion looking for franchise partners. Jugal Patel who was the executive then in contact connected me with one of the founders Satender Kumar. Based on their promises I decided to pay the advance of 10, 000 INR for a franchise in Hyderabad. They informed me that in the case I decide not to take up the franchise, I can get a full refund of the advance paid towards the same.

                                  After payment of the amount on 29/04/2022, I received the invoice from them with company name as EXPERTTAG ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. However, after a few month I decided not to go ahead with the franchise and asked for a refund of the same. I have been pushing for this refund from 29/12/2022. By this time the initial executive in contact Jugal Patel's number was not working. So, I started reaching out to Satender Kumar for a resolution. Despite contacting him multiple times he has never responded to my calls. He has responded to texts saying that they will process the refund twice in total over the period of these many months.

                                  Till now there has been no refund from them and no response to my queries.
