NurseryLive — Dead plant delivered for high price | |||
This complaint is. wrt Order *NLV[protected]*. Yesterday(18 Dec 2020) I recieved a shipment containing marigold, money plant, ixora pink dwarf. The marigold that I received has a broken branch and withered leaves.The plants at the site(nurserylive) were kind of expensive so I expected them to be better handled during transit and delivery. Since there is no return option available, I am kind of helpless. I have watered the plant and placed it under sunlight. Today the condition of the sent plant has worsened and almost all leaves and flowers are in the dying stage. While placing the order I was skeptical about the delivery condition and quality. One of the staff members assured me of the quality plants the organization sells and encouraged me to place the order. Now after placing the folks at nurserylive are convincing me to make peace with the low quality plant they sold. The selling price of marigolds usually is quite lesser as compared to Rs. 389 mentioned in the site. Honestly, the plant that was sold to me isn't worth the pain and the money. I am still trying to revive the plant but I want my money back. I am quite dissatisfied with the service and even skeptical and scared for the plants which are yet to arrive. I have spent Rs 2478 at the website, and to me it's quite a lump sum spent for plants. I expect quality out of it, which isn't there. Was this information helpful? | |||
