I am sending this message with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration for delaying my order.
I had placed the order on the 21st of June'21 and got confirmation that my order is placed. On 25th June'21, I get a message saying the order is processed and will be informed about the dispatch, but that doesn't happen. I get one more message on 3rd July saying the order is processed and will be informed about the dispatch. I am contacting your chat support available on the website which is so so worst that people don't even respond or not sure whether my messages reach the support.
You guys don't have phone support, grievance support, no formal compliance policy nothing!!. Should a customer have to go through all these hassles in order to contact you for the service he paid for?
Please respect the existing customers to gain more in future.
Don't make me feel to re-think about the services I expect from you guys, please make sure you guys are delivering the orders real soon. Was this information helpful? |
