I ordered 2 plants worth Rs 698 on 21st June 2021. After that I received an order confirmation mail. My order no. is NLV[protected]. Then I received a mail on 2nd July regarding order dispatch. After waiting for a week I wrote mail to them to know the status of my order and they said it will be delivered soon. Then, again on 16 July I again received a mail from nursery Live regarding order dispatch. I tried several times to contact them through mail, live chat as well as on the number that system user provided. On live chat, only system user attend no executive come to resolve the issue. I am sure they all are fake peoples and are enjoying with our hard earned money. They are making fool of many o[censored]s. Now, I have been feeling cheated and harassed by Nursery Live. Soon I will file a complaint in consumer court as neither they are refunding my hard earned money not they are delivering my plants.
