I have placed a complaint with you on 8th July 2021 regarding the same subject and received an email that you have forwarded my complaint to NurseryLive but no one till now have contacted me neither I have got refund. They don't reply back on email or chat messages. I want to file a fraud case against such companies. They take payment in advance and then they vanish. I have placed an order on 29th May 2021 but they failed to deliver the plants, then they issue a refund and mailed me in this regard on 25th June 2021 but till now no refund is received in my bank account.
