NurseryLive — Horrible customer support and accusing customer for bad product they delivered

Damaged product delivered after 14days of placing order.
Upon raising complaint on the day of delivery, they asked for photos multiple times and after 8 days they come back telling me that the product was damaged due to my negligence.
Horrible customer response and unhelpful. Response time way too long.
Nobody should use this platform.
