NurseryLive — Incomplete (partial) delivery of the ordered items. | |
I ordered (paid in advance) multiple items in my order NLV[protected] on 5th July 2021. Received delivery of items on 14th July, that too only partially (high valued item not included). I enquired with them multiple times on 'chat'. Everytime there is only an Autoresponse stating that they will get back to me soon which never happened. Then there was a mail from them (again a pre-built text) stating that the delay is happening due to Covid 19. Above explanation is not plausible since I am located in Pune only (hence should not have taken more than 2 - 3 days to deliver the balance goods), the ordered (balance) item is an 'off the shelf' category (hence no manual working is involved) and there is no restriction on good's transportation in Pune these days due to Covid. Considering that there are around 500 + complaints against this Company (most of them unresolved), I strongly feel that some more concrete action should be initiated instead of merely forwarding the complaint to NurseryLive.
