My order no. NLV[protected] Is not dispatched yet order it on 26 th march

and order no. NLV[protected] is delivered to me yesterday but there are 4pots missing in it. I ordered the 5.1inch pots pack of 20 but there are only 16 and 8 pots were of different sizes I mailed. Msg . them but no reply till today from them ... they take pre-paid order and then don't even reply to customers.
