Hi sir, I have purchased plants of ₹478/- from nurserylive.com website, order number -NLV[protected]. It has been 20 days since i ordered those. But still i did not get any response from them. I tried to contact with them through mail for many times but they are not giving replies. I even tried to knock them on their instagram page but even there they are not giving any reply. If they are unable to send the items they should refund my hard earn money. It seems to me that this website is fraud. They are luring people by decorating their website and and everybody falls in their trap. I want you to inform them so that i may get my refund. Strict legal action should be taken against them. finally i got a portal to raise my complaint against nursery live.
I have placed my order on 29th of may and i am yet to receive 3/4th of my order.
no phone number to contact and no response via e mail.
seems like a fraud company .
no scope of cancellation of order also.
it would be great if you could resolve my issue.
I am anyway in the process of necessary action against the nursery live soon.
