So as per the cancellation policy of nursery live: if someone requests cancel within 24hours of placing order then the order can be cancelled.
2 days ago I ordered some plants but due to misleading delivery charge, late dispatch and my non availability I requested for cancellation within 3-4 hours. Since then they are sending mail that my request will be conveyed soon etc etc but no response yet.
Even there is no transparent customer care no in which I can contact.
This is very inappropriate. Kindly look into this.
