I have booked a live plant, pebbles and planters from Nursery live on 01 June 2021.A prepaid amount of 2754 was made. Inspite of sending mail and complaining I have got the partial delivery of NLV[protected] on 13 June but balance is not delivered till date. Due to non responsive attitude of the company I have requested for cancelation of the order and refund .But inspite of several attempts no response received from them. & today when I was tracking my order they have showned it as a fulfilled order. Till date I have not received neither the stock nor the balance amount. Nurserylive should be blacklisted from online forum for cheating the customers. The company does not have any calling number, they don't reply to mails, their chat box have standard answer someone will get back to you..but nobody ever response to your request or queries.
