NurseryLive — Non-viable seeds delivered

My order no. Is NLV[protected]. I ordered 10 different kinds of seeds of which only 4 have germinated. They've all been sown in a good quality seedling mix and kept in an artificially controlled environment with temperatures between 20°C to 25°C. It's been over 16 days and still 6 varieties haven't germinated. I talked to a customer support person via the live chat feature on the website and she doesn't seem to care. I feel cheated that after paying so much I've received bad quality seeds which will never germinate.
