NurseryLive — Not received my order even after more than one month of placing the order

I had placed an order with nurserylive for 2 plants and a plant booster, Order number is NLV[protected]. I enquired about the delay in delivery on 17th May, and it was said that my order is ready and it will be dispatched after the lockdown. Even after so many days of lifting of lockdown, they have not dispatched the order. I asked them to refund my money if they are not able to fulfill the order, to which they responded by saying they cannot cancel the order as per their policy.
