NurseryLive — Only one plant in their package

I ordered two plants((Jade and Syngonium plant) but today when I opened the package only one plant is their (synogonium plant) jade plant is not their and delivered plant also fully damaged. I want jade plant my order no NLV[protected] please check it and let me know what happened right now i am not happy with your nursery live products
