I have ordered 2 plants from Nurserylive on 15th May 2021. I got an email stating that there will be a delay due to the lockdown. Today is 30th June and I have no information on my order. I have tried reaching out to the customer care team but have no luck in getting through to them. They do not have a phone number where I can call. I have sent emails, sent messages on chat and whatsapp but have received no response.
I will be rating them 1 on playstore for the horrible experience I have had.
Please take the trouble and visit a local nursery instead o[censored]sing crappy services. I'm gonna do the same.
