NurseryLive — Order not dispatched and no update yet

Hi, I have placed an order on 30th May, considering delivery time showing within a week. I haven't received any update yet. They do not have any proper channel to track order. No email received for dispatch and their customer support do not respond. Now, I want to cancel this order but there is no way I can cancel it from website. Customer care is not responding. I want my refund since I have purchased it from somewhere else. Highly disappointed from NurseryLive service.
