NurseryLive — Order not receive for more than 20 days now and they are not making a refund

Hi!

I placed an order NLV[protected] - 30 July 2021, and paid Rs. 1455/- for some live plants and soil.

The company is not delivering the product nor refund the amount. Have been writing to the Chat Box/Bot for the last 15 days but no concrete response.

Don't know how to handle it now.
