NurseryLive — Order not yet delivered

I order a alocasia plant and waterlily buds in 6th Jun. Got last update on 16 th jun saying I will get my order in a week's time. But nothing as of now and no updates as well.
It's a fraud company with no contact details and even they done revert back on mail.
No traction of my order.

Consumer court should ban this company from ecommerce platform
