I placed an order for a pack of 5 plants on Nurserylive’s website on the 4th of May. Since they do not have a COD option, I did an online payment of 1028/- to book the order.
I did not receive an update for 2 weeks and then was informed that the plants would be shipped after lockdown which is understandable. On 17th May, I got an email stating that my plants were shipped. It’s 9th June today and I still haven’t received my plants.
I’ve contacted them multiple times and at the beginning they said that they can’t cancel the order because it was in transit and that they would give me a refund if my plants arrived in poor condition. Once I told them that my DTDC tracking website said that all packages had been delivered to a different city, they stopped responding. I’ve emailed them, DM’ed them and even commented on their posts on Instagram. They deleting everyone’s negative comments on insta. Please look into this.
