NurseryLive — payment debited twice from account for a single order | |||||
I ordered a gift delivery of money plant. The payment gateway is faulty and the first transaction failed but my bank account got debited. The second attempt at payment was successful. So, my bank account was charged twice for a single order and i did not get a refund and reversal of the amount debited. The excess money was just lost. The customercare at nurserylive did nothing to help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
